Alec van Dierendonck
Alec is the CEO of Euro Generics International Philippines Inc. and the President of EGIP Foundation Inc. He holds a BS in Business Marketing from Ateneo De Davao University and is dedicated to preserving our dwindling forests by spearheading reforestation efforts in denuded areas.

Celina van Dierendonck
Celina serves as the Executive Director at EGIP Foundation Inc. She is also a Model, Actress, TV & Event Host, Marketing & Business Development Director, Consultant Chef, and Food Beverage Professional. In addition, she is a member of Davao Horse Club and passionately contributes to nature and local community initiatives through tourism projects.

JOSHUA
L. DONATO
Joshua is our current Senior Field Biologist/Project Manager of Euro Generics International Philippines (EGIP) Foundation. He earned his degree in Biology from Davao Oriental State University (DORSU) in Mati City, Davao Oriental. His graduate degree in Environmental and Resource Management was earned from University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) in Davao City. Currently taking his PhD on Environmental Science at Davao Oriental State University (DORSU).

He is also a researcher, birdwatcher and environmental advocate. His research interests include environmental and indigenous laws, wildlife studies, forest and conservation, indigenous knowledge and beliefs, ethnolinguistics and cultures, eco-cultural tourism management, protected area and management, forestry and land-use planning.

Wiebe
Van Rij
Wiebe serves as the External -Vice President and EGIPF Consultant. He graduated from Erasmus University in The Netherlands with an MSc in Economics. As one of the founders of EGIP Foundation, he advocates for assisting tribes in the Davao Hinterlands and aiding environmental recovery through reforestation efforts.

Guenter Muehlbauer
Guenter, a landscape ecologist, has extensive experience in environmental agencies in Germany, focusing on landscape planning and nature conservation. He has worked with organizations like DED, GIZ, and SES, supporting small-scale farmers in agroforestry in developing countries. Currently, he serves as a Senior Expert Service Consultant for EGIP Foundation, aiding indigenous farmer communities in the Philippines with agroforestry and rainforest preservation.

Michael
A. Martin
Michael is a licensed Agriculturist major in Crop Science from Surigao Del Sur State University-San Miguel Campus. He is our Sustainable Reforestation Officer working with upland communities restoring their denuded areas here in Davao Region. Expertise: Agriculture (Crop Science), Agroforestry, Forest restoration and conservation, and GIS Mapping.

Benito Anthony Pingoy
Benito, a biologist, holds a degree from Holy Cross College of Calinan and is currently pursuing a Master's in Biology at Ateneo de Davao University. His interests lie in ornithology and conservation biology. With experience as a college instructor and NSTP coordinator, he advocates for the conservation of the Makabol-Alikoson Forest and Watershed in Davao City. Pingoy also serves as a wildlife consultant at Malagos Garden Resort and is the President of Big Year Davao, Inc., a wild bird conservation organization.

Lysle
Ann Quema
Lysle, a licensed Forester, obtained her degree from the University of Southeastern Philippines - Tagum Campus. Presently, she holds the position of Administrative Communication Officer at EGIP Foundation, where she oversees the management of the Foundation's Social Media, Websites, and Finance.

Neil Bert
Macatual
Neil serves as the Field Technician and Driver at EGIP Foundation, Inc. playing a crucial role in enabling fieldworks for projects aimed at protecting and reforesting our natural environment.
