Community Development
A direct response to the issues of rural poverty and forest degradation, the foundation supports community development. It's also an additional means of supporting tribal groups in meeting their basic requirements, to safeguard their ancestral forest as a source of revenue and a sustainable way of life.
Forest Protection and Management

Sustainable Reforestation
To reforest and restore denuded lands while sustainably improving the livelihood of the community on the basis of payment for environmental services as an income opportunity and ensuring that the planted trees will grow and survive.
Biodiversity Conservation
To protect and strengthen biodiversity conservation using the integration of scientific methods and traditional ecological knowledge by monitoring economically, environmentally, and culturally important wildlife species and their habitat
Ecotourism
To provide alternative livelihood to the community in an eco-friendly manner in order to sustain their well-being and the project.

Forest Protection

The main objective of this component is to do environmental protection and strengthen biodiversity conservation using the integration of scientific methods and traditional ecological knowledge by monitoring those economically, environmentally, and culturally important wildlife species and their habitat.

Biodiversity

Facilitates regular monitoring and foot patrolling of trained, assigned, and accredited forest guards to make sure that the forests and its wildlife therein are protected, empowered them to practice and enforce their traditional laws and policies, and continue to put effort in integrating it into the mainstream laws and policies

Community Development

Support for community development is the foundations’ direct response to the linked problems of rural poverty and forest degradation. It is also another way of helping beneficiary communities in securing their daily needs so that they themselves can protect their ancestral forest/communities as it provides them sustainable livelihood or a source of income.

Food Security

The foundation believes that alleviating the poverty and securing food for the communities living in or near natural habitats is crucial as such conditions could potentially lead to increased deterioration of the environment.
